Domaine Georges Roumier
Christophe Roumier が営む Chambolle-Musigny の指標的エステート。何よりも希少で崇高な Musigny と Les Amoureuses で名高い。
Domaine について
Domaine Georges Roumier was created in 1924, when Georges Roumier settled in Chambolle-Musigny through marriage and began assembling holdings that grew to include premier and grand cru parcels such as Les Cras, Les Amoureuses and Bonnes-Mares. Domaine bottling began in the 1940s. Control passed to Jean-Marie Roumier and, from 1981, to his son Christophe, who studied oenology and took the lead in raising the estate to its modern stature. Farming naturally across roughly 11.5 hectares, the domaine produces precise, perfumed and structured pinot noir that captures the silky elegance for which Chambolle is prized. Production is tiny and tightly allocated; the Musigny Grand Cru is made in only a few hundred bottles a year and ranks among the most sought-after wines on earth, while Bonnes-Mares and the Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureoures are cornerstones of the cellar.
